Space to slow down, reconnect, and be real
In the middle of busy lives, constant demands, and the pressure to keep holding everything together, many women are craving something simple but powerful: space to slow down, reconnect, and be real. This monthly women’s circle in Pakenham offers exactly that. Created as an intimate, supportive experience, this is a space for women to step out of the noise and come back to themselves — through reflection, guided practices, honest connection, and gentle restoration.
Led by Alicia, each gathering is designed to help women feel more grounded, more connected to their bodies, and more in touch with what they need, feel, and want.
This is not about performance, pressure, or having the right words. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, soften, and return to what’s true.
