• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable 50% of the payment.

• If an appointment is missed without any prior notice, the entire amount of the treatment cost will be retained.

• A confirmation email or message will be sent upon receipt of full payment. This serves as a record and confirmation of your appointment.

5. Rescheduling:

• Clients are encouraged to communicate and reschedule appointments in advance. Any associated fees for rescheduling will be communicated.

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate.

7. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. If we are unable to provide the service for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
